For a K1 visa, is a police certificate required from every place (within the same country) that my fiance has stayed for more than 6 months since she was 16? She had gone to a different state for her college degree and was wondering if a certificate was required from that state as well.

Any help would be appreciated

I believe USCIS will do the police checks for anywhere in the US
