hello all

I came in the US 2 years ago with a tourist VISA

I applied for asylum and have been waiting for the 1st interview since

I'm getting married to a US citizen and we would like to know the option(s) to adjust my status

Our questions :

1. Can I withdraw my application without loosing my legal status ( I currently have a EAD and work and its expiring next March 2014)?

2. And can we file a AOS at the same time to remain legally in the US?

Is it possible?

please let us know .
