I-94 web "Not Found" (CR-1, been 3 weeks) Please help..

if the visa 'start' date is prior to 1 FEB 2013, then not need to pay.

OTOH, if after 1 FEB 2013, then (currently) you need to make an account on ELIS, and pay the 165 fee, and wait.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If you've paid the $165 immigrant visa fee then it should show up in the mail 30 - 60 days from PoE.

You would have received instructions with your visa packet that explain that the $165 fee must be paid before the green card is produced. Follow those instructions and you'll have the card in about a month.

Push - that 'slip' isn't issued worldwide. Is strange, not all interviewees 'get' the slip on interview day.
