Brining my Filipino born daughter back to the US

Hey everyone,

Things are getting close for my Fiance and our daughter that is with her, to finally come to the US. I have tried to search for specific answers, but can't find anything that directly relates to our situation.

Daughter was born in Phil, and we reported her birth to the US embassy. She has her CRBA certificate, and a US passport only. No Filipino Passport. I will be traveling back to the Phil very soon, to accommodate them to the US.

My questions.....

Does she (daughter) also require a health check of any sort?

Regarding an exit, is there anything that we need other than a wad of cash for fees? Anything official?

I see many opinions on "overstaying" and other things, but I cannot seem to find anything regarding anything official to exit. Not needed?

Thanks! :)

She has a USA Passport,

so no medical stuff needed, but

Check into whether or not the child needs an EXIT stamp or EXIT 'something' to leave the country, as there is no record of her entry in her USA passport.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi Darnell, thank you for the reply :)

Do you think this is something that that we should call the Embassy about? Or perhaps some other Filipino agency?

Thank you kindly ;)

If she has a Cert and USA passport she is clear to leave. Do you plan to return to the phil? If so you might want to get her a philippines passport as well, its not very expensive just for good measure.

Hi A and T,

Eventually yes, but not anytime soon.

Thank you very much for the input regarding her exiting. It is greatly appreciated ;)
