At least you have your green card! Pic doesn't matter, most of the time photos on documents are not the best ones anyways.

I guess they don't bother having a nice picture! At my biometrics appointment the guy said: oh yeah a really nice pic. Until I saw my EAD/AP, well, better than my dl from Germany (after 9h of school, last two hours PE, yeah what a picture). ;)

1-4-2007 Green Card in mail

Removal of conditions

9-29-2008 I-751 delivered to CSC

12-29-2008 Green Card ordered :)

Citizenship

10-15-2011 Package sent to NSC

10-17-2011 NOA Priority Date

11-25-2011 Biometrics done

11-29-2011 In line for interview scheduling... woohoo!

12-20-2011 Interview scheduled ...received letter 3 days later

01-24-2012 Interview & Oath

I told the lady at my biometric to see my pic and she asked if i like it and I said yes.. (i have interim EAD that day and the picture was sooo awful) but my greencard arrived with the new pic which i'm so happy :P

K-1 = 4 months

AOS = 5 months

I-751 = almost one year

Well, at least you got yur green card. Now if I will be recieving my CPR, maybe my photo would be the one taken during the biometrics. Same photo in my EAD card.

it sounds like my passport photo. Maybe that's how they know they're not fake, cos the pictures are so "unflattering" :lol::lol:

That's what I told my husband....I said they'd approve our case just because they felt sorry for him that he ended up with someone looking like that picture :D
