  • There is just one G1145 that goes on the front of everything

You don't need "Copy of US LPR’s foreign birth certificate and Social Security Card ;"

For I-864EZ, you don't need "Copy of the front and back of Sponsor/US LPR’s permanent resident card;", "Copy of Sponsor/US LPR’s passport biographical page;", or "Copy of Sponsor/US LPR’s birth certificate and Social Security Card;"

Just one year's tax return is enough, unless there's a reason you think you need more.

"Copy of Intending immigrant’s foreign birth certificate;" is only needed for the I-485

"Copy of marriage certificate;" is only needed for the I-130

1) Don't you need "Copy of US LPR’s foreign birth certificate and Social Security Card ;" at none of them?

2)

No. To prove that person is an LPR, you just need a copy of the green card. And then you only need that for I-130, not any other forms.

2)

For the "visa" and I-94, you need the passport with the visa you last entered the U.S. on. If that one is expired and you have a newer one, it wouldn't hurt to also have that one. I think copying the pages with the visa you entered on, the entry stamp, and the I-94, and also the passport's biographical page, should be enough.

3)

Copy of Intending Immigrant's last EAD (front and back)

what is EAD?

EAD = Employment Authorization Document. You only need this if you've previously had an EAD (e.g. for OPT).

newacct, thank you very much, this forum is like a life saver .) we're trying to catch September opportunity and i have B2 visa, my spouse is a GC holder.

I have some more questions :

1) (I-130 & I-485) For the foreign spouse birth certificate : It's going to be translated by a licensed translator. Do i also need to notarial it?

2) (I-130) Evidence of bona fide marriage : We got married 1,5 wks ago. So we only have copy of lease verification document. We can add some pictures of us though. But i'm really curious if these 2 evidences will be enough?

3) (I-485) Form I-864EZ : I quit my job and i am not earning my money now. I'm not eligible for this form. Instead I'm filling form I-864. Am i on the right way?

4) For all the documents starts with "Copy of...." means simple copy, right? There is no need for any stamp or any notarial?
