The case was shipped to the Department of State, but still no mail with NOA-2!

Hi everyone!

Today this happend

We got the message from USCIS "On July 25, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

Well, everything would be ok, i understand this is a notification of sending our case to NVC,...... if we got our NOA-2! But we do not have it yet!

The case status changed from "Initial Review" right to this one!

Does anybody know what is going on?

Waiting for my fiance will contact them soon, but can't wait and asking you guys here))

So much appreciate to any thoughts/ideas!

That is good news!!! Hopefully your hardcopy NOA2 notice will arrive in a timely fashion. USCIS is pretty backlogged, judging from ALL of the recent forum postings.

I got approved on 7/22 and received the hard copy today, 7/26. Yours will come soon
