I finally received a tracking number too (not in an email or letter, just on the case status page), and my card should get here tomorrow!

For those of us who filled in july and has still not received our interview letters, all i can say is that its well.We might not have an interview and we might not wait for the 9-12 months cos things are really moving fast these days..when my brother applied for AOS last 2 years,he waited until 7 months for his interview letter and many waited for same period but now people are receiving their interview letters in just 2-3 months and that so quick....so lets keep our fingers crossed and wake up one day to check out status and see GC in production....But if u are part of this group and u have not reveived you EAD/AP,u should consider calling the USCIS...Cos it now 2 months not 3 anymore

Yeah, but they're just gonna tell people it's 3 months anyway because that's what the website says.

I'm there with you princeglove. Crossing my fingers and hoping to get a GC without an interview, but I was of the understanding that if you get pooled into those cases that bypass the interview it could take longer than if you get a schedule. As of today-- only one of the July filers has gotten GC approved and I believe she is adjusting from an F1 visa. It is still awfully fast and I hope we can all just take her lead and get our GCs before October is over!

Just received my EAD/AP card in the mail! :)

Btw, I still hope I get scheduled for an interview…I don't want to be one of those cases that gets waived, but then has to wait for a years or so to get the GC.

So, I finally caved and gave the USCIS a call today to ask about my interview schedule. My case has been moved to "interview and testing" since August 28 and it has been weeks without a notice for interview. After speaking to an IO I was given a reference number which they said I should use if I don't get my schedule within 30 days. They said that my case is still in line for a schedule in the Missouri office and that I should just wait to receive the notice which will be "soon". Other than that, he had no helpful updates for my case other than telling me to "just wait". *sigh*

Is it normal for my EAD and AP to still be in initial review even tho my AOS is at testing and interview...

I don't think there is anything that's just normal with USCIS. But yeah, that has happened before. My guess is that you'll probably receive your EAD a few days before your interview.

I wish I had your problem ;)

We received the notifications last night for EAD and AP! dancin5hr.gif

We had a roller coaster ride of check problems and an expired I-865, so I had no idea how long it was going to take. I'm so relieved. I've been an emotional wreck reading about everyone's approvals knowing that if I had just sent a cashier's check instead of a personal check everything would have gone a bit faster.

Sent I-129F: 3/19/2012
Approved at interview in Montreal: 3/4/2013

..........

Married 6/29/2013

Filed AOS: 7/8/2013 and rejected because of a lost check!

Resubmitted and received by USCIS: 8/26/2013

RFE for expired I-865 received by USCIS: 9/5/2013

EAD and AP approved: 9/19/2013

EAD/AP card received: 9/27/2013

Status changed to "Testing and Interview": 10/2/2013

They told me the same thing when I called, and a few days later my EAD and AP got approved. Those people at the call center don't really do more than tell you what you can find out online. I'm sure your EAD and AP will get approved soon smile.png

Thank you so much ... I really hope so. It's sort of frustrating!

Hey guys, I found out today that my EAD has moved to card production. I was just wondering how or when I'll find out the tracking number. Will it appear at the status check page?

Your I-129f was approved in 85 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 225 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Check back in a few days. The tracking number for the card will be there.
