Double-check your NOAsyour EAD and AP should be processed at the National Benefits Center in Missouri. Most of us have gotten their EAD/AP approved by now; going off of that, the processing time is currently about 2 Months.

Thank you so much for your response. I just checked and you are abs right. I called them but there was no hope. They said it will take them 3 months to process that. I had also had my fingerprint on August 8, 2013 and it is still in Acceptance stage. Nothing has been changed since Mid July for me.

They told me the same thing when I called, and a few days later my EAD and AP got approved. Those people at the call center don't really do more than tell you what you can find out online. I'm sure your EAD and AP will get approved soon :)

Well, some July filers have gotten a notice for interview while there are a few that have finished up to the approval of GC. Some can cases can stay on "testing and interview" stage for as long as 2 months it is a case to case basis and all you can really do is wait. At least your EAD is coming so you can start the ball rolling and look for jobs.

Mine has been on there for 3 weeks and still waiting too. Patience is a virtue.

@holygolightly i have been waiting since 2 weeks and u been since 3 weeks ,we can just wait anyways update me if u receive interview letter?

It is still within regular process periods. No use in stressing about when the interview schedule will arrive. It is something that is out of our hands. So wait we shall.

@susi did u receive ur EAD?

No, not yet. And I never received an email or letter or anything saying that it was approved or that they were going to mail it…I just saw the update on the USCIS website.
