We got a letter from USCIS today concerning our AOS. Our AOS interview is scheduled for October 15th. Considering the length of time we spent at CSC (almost 8 months) waiting for our K1 NOA2 this is is a welcome surprise.

Yeah i also spent 8 months at the CSC for the K1. I am hoping for a fast AOS process as well. I have done my biometrics on monday so if i don't receive an AOS interview notification within another couple weeks i will understand that it is going to be a long process again. Good thing the EAD and AP come fast

What number do you enter to check on the CEAC site please?

You only use the CEAC site to check on the whereabouts of your immigrant visa stuff. For the AOS, EAD and AP you use the respective case numbers from your NOAs on the USCIS.gov site, the same place where you could look up the status of your petition during the K-1 process.

I received my NOA on July 19th and I'm still waiting for all AoS, EAD and AP. Not sure how long it would take but USCIS processing time table for Vermont Center shows that it will take 3 months for EAD and AP. Did anyone have a case that received their EAD or AP cards less than 3 months in Vermont Center?

Double-check your NOAs…your EAD and AP should be processed at the National Benefits Center in Missouri. Most of us have gotten their EAD/AP approved by now; going off of that, the processing time is currently about 2 Months.

Anyone here have their I485 status still on Acceptance?

I got my EAD/AP combo card last Friday. Just wondering what's happening with my I485.

Not on acceptance, but mine's been on RFE response review for a month now.

Someone once told me that for some people they never change the I-485 status online, they just forget it…but I think that was a while ago. Though, maybe that's what's happening with your case. I mean, you've already had your biometrics, so your case must be past the acceptance stage. Have you already called them and asked about it?

Mine's still in Acceptance and I'm practically a June filer. Mailed application on 06/28/13 but NOA date is 07/03/2013 which technically makes me a July Filer.

In any case, point being: I'm a very early July filer and I'm still in acceptance. I'm beginning to think that I'm in for an interview waiver long haul case, since many July filers who filed weeks after I did have already gotten their interview notices (some even having done their interviews as well).

Worth noting as well, that I did not receive one of those letters people have reported getting, that is a notice of potential interview waiver case or whatever.

I've called them before and it really didn't take that long. You should give it a shot.
