What was your RFE for? I forgot to include a copy of my sponsor's passport to prove that he is American and can legally earn money.

I just check my case status again…EAD and AP still in initial review :-/

We received a RFE on the mail like August 15th, we sent their request almost immediately and it changed on August 21st to "Request for Evidence Response Review"....

Congrats! Glad it worked out for you in the end. All's well that ends well, right? good.gif

In other news, since many July filers not only have received their interview letters but are nearing their interview dates as well, I wonder if the rest of us July filer who have not yet received such a letter are in for an interview waiver case.

I guess we'll have to do what we always do when it comes to this process: Wait and see tongue.pngbiggrin.png

Most july filers who already have their interview notification are more beginning of july Noa1 and had done their biometrics when the notification came.

I am a july 30 Noa1 so i ll look more at august filers before seeing if i am an interview waiver case. Plus since i just did my biometrics i don't think i would have been notified of anything before.

I hope that even if we are interview waived cases, it won't take too long. I don't feel like waiting for a year !
