Wow! We sent our Adjustment packet in July 10th, received July 11th- Adjustment from Tourist to Spouse since DOMA was made unconstitutional.

My wife was scheduled to return to Mexico in August, but the change in legal marriage recognition allowed us to file and not live separately for e foreseeable future.

August 9th completed the Biometrics appointment

August 23rd received notice of the interview at Immigration scheduled for September 26th.

We are nervous and excited!

Wow, good for you!

I'm still waiting to see what comes of the RFE response review. They received my response a week ago…it wasn't even anything big, but still no change for any of my case numbers yet :-/

My online status for EAD just got updated to card production kicking.gif .

My AP, however, is still in initial review huh2.gifhuh2.gifhuh2.gif . Maybe it's just a timing thing and if I give it a few hours my AP will update as well? Maybe. We shall see!

I-485 still in "acceptance" with no news about interview yet.
