Yeah, my RFE is still in review. They have another 3 weeks to review it and if nothing happens, I'm gonna call and ask what's going on. Anyone else's RFE still in review?

Yes very quick I'm very happy now need the EAD

I thought EAD and AP came together in a combo card. Did you perchance send the EAD separately from your AoS and AP package?

In either case, congrats. Great to hear that a July filer's case is making progress. Gives the rest of us some much needed hope smile.png

Having my biometrics on friday 23rd !

Then the real wait begins... hoping that my case gets transfered to my local office for faster processing instead of sitting at NBC. Case status is still in acceptance...

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014

ROC I-751:

Sent: 01/09/16

NOA1: 01/11/16

Approval and Production Notice: 07/29/16

hello,

i completed my biometrics today.my original appointment date would be on Sept.5,but because we will be traveling I tried to do a walk-in .had no problem ,i was in and out in less then 20 min.very fast!

July 29, 2013 : Package sent to Chicago Lockbox.

August 1, 2013 : USPS confirmed package has been delivered.
August 5,2013:got e_mail/text notification for all 3 forms.

August 6,2013:Checks cashed.

August 8, 2013 : NOA received for all three applications.

August 12,2013:Just received biometrics appointment letter in the mail,for Sept.5.

August 21,2013:Biometrics done.

September 03, 2013 : Email/Text notification for I-485, stating that it is in the "Testing and Interview" stage.

September 25,2013:Card production ordered for EAD.

October 3,2013: EAD card mailed.

October 5, 2013: EAD card received

November 27th,2013:received text ,e-mail notification for interview date for Jan .3rd

i filled K1 AOS on the 9th of july and had my biometrics on the 9th of august..RFE on the 9th of august...replied it and my online status changed to inform me they ve recieved the RFE responsein just a day..hoping to hear whats next.

Updates here:

Biometrics app last Aug 13, went and everything alright.

Aug 14, RFE letter received, "didn't use the most recent I-864 affidavit form".

Aug 21, status changed on webpage, it says they received the evidence and they'll make a decision within 60 days.

I'm feeling optimistic about this, lets wait and see what happens lol

We filed AOS, EAD and AP on july 13.

received the letters of acceptance for all 3 on the 7/17th.

got the biometrics appointment letter on 7/20

did biometrics on 8/14

Now just waiting to see what happens next. Case is at the NBC. anybody know any timelines or what to expect??

Hello Everyone!!!!! We sent our aos packet on july 2013 and they recieved it July 16 2013!!!....let the waiting begin...my husband had his biometrics appointment on wednesday august 21!!! lets hope its not that long of a wait as we had to wait for noa2...my husband came with a fiance visa...k1 and k2....my stepdaughter did get an RFE because they needed the NOA1 from my husband even though we were told to send both packets together...lets see...we got another RFE because I had marked off male instead of female( too many forms to fill out!!!!)...now we are just waiting to see if they have deposited my step daughter's check...i have been on chase.com nonstop!!!! its been exactly a week since they recieved it!!!!

I was so worried that I'd end up interview-waived, but today the case status updated to testing and interview! Now I no longer have to worry about my file sitting in a box somewhere for a year. Good news!

NOA1 date of July 18, btw.

I am so pissed...

I went for my biometrics yesterday and they were unable to process me because the last name on the appointment letter was different than on my ID i had brought (passport) and i forgot to bring my marriage certificate.

I tried to convince them to do it anyway that i had mailed the marriage certificate with the application etc... They didn't make any effort to admit i was the same person n both names. I had a debit/credit card with my new name but they wouldn't accept that. My A# on the appointment letter was the same than the A# on my K1 etc....

So they kept my appointment letter and will mail it on monday by coursier to the adress on there for a rescheduling... I am going to be delayed easily 2/3 weeks with all of this.

I could have gone back sometimes next week as a wal in but since i don't have a state license yet i will have no one to take me, i have to rely on people for everything. I am going to get my license next week i have no one to take me. This is why i decided to have them take care of the rescheduling. I hope they don't mess up.... i am going to stress out like crazy until i receive my new letter...

K1 Journey:

Am a July filler also. Sent my sis package 6-28-13 it was delivered 7/1/13 did biometric 8/5/13. Got interview for 9/24/13. No need on EAD YET. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Wow! We sent our Adjustment packet in July 10th, received July 11th- Adjustment from Tourist to Spouse since DOMA was made unconstitutional.

My wife was scheduled to return to Mexico in August, but the change in legal marriage recognition allowed us to file and not live separately for e foreseeable future.

August 9th completed the Biometrics appointment

August 23rd received notice of the interview at Immigration scheduled for September 26th.

We are nervous and excited!
