so i just checked the processing time for Atlanta as it was updated today. so... upon checking right now they are processing april 27, 2013 applications. funny thing is last month they were processing may may 02, 2013 and before that it was may 09, 2013.

i know the waiver said it will take 6 months from the time they sent the waiver before we can follow up... but come on...

shoulndt it be moving forward? not back?

I don't give a damn, when i hit the 6 months mark i am contacting my congressman. He was a good help for the K1 process so i'm hoping it will be the same for the AOS...

I just need to vent here... i will NEVER have a pleasant immigration experience. The k1 took 8 months just for noa2, 10 months total, now it takes less than 6 months total. My Aos, maybe i could have been selected for an interview? Hell no i have to win a ticket for the long path, maybe i could have lived in sacramento where it takes 4 months... but no i am in chicago, one of the slowest local office. And i am thinking it will get worse since they've been closed a few times because of holidays, bank holidays and the arctic blast days. So i am thinking that as of today they are barely hitting the june cases... I guess i ll get my GC in april if lucky or may... just fml... Maybe i'll be more lucky for ROC.

Yes - I saw that this morning. Crazy! The last update was 31 October. So are they really saying that they've only processed 9 days of applications in nearly 3 months?!

Loladolly. I'm in almost the same position as you. It took 9 months for us to get our NOA2 - just over 11 months in total. I would have loved to be accepted for an interview for AOS but have received nothing since (except for EAD and AP, of course). Called USCIS and everything is in order - just nothing bloody happening! Really frustrating.

The update of yesterday represents as of november 30th so in a month from october 31st to november 30th they only moved ahead 9 days of application. And i am looking forward to seeing what it will be for december/january because of all the holidays, baning holidays and the days they were closed due to the weather. I bet as of right now they are barely hitting the month of june....

it is just a prediction since the processing dates they put on their site do not reflect what is current but what it was months ago... a good way to manipulate people and keep themselves out of a flooding a service requests...

Same here, except for the interview waiver letter in november...

I´m getting concerned for our case. Our date was July 4th. Our field office is Orlando and according to the updated processing times, They were working on applications dated June 23rd as of Novemeber 30th, which means they should have gotten to our already. But the last update we got was that our case was being processed at NBC and that they got our RFE response. I´m wondering now if because we got an RFE it´s held things up for us. Should I be concerned and start making phone calls? and who would I call? Last time I called the customer service center they weren´t much help.

As far as they don't show your NOA1 date on the website processing time they consider you are within normal processing time... even though it was month ago. Try to contact your congressman or senator.

What was your RFE about?
