Fingers crossed, although I'm more interested in receiving the EAD as soon as possible and start looking for a job!

Yeah, my RFE is still in review. They have another 3 weeks to review it and if nothing happens, I'm gonna call and ask what's going on. Anyone else's RFE still in review?

Filed on July 23rd and received notice that Mrs. X had her green card approved on November 6th without an interview. Her status never showed up online at the USCIS case status nor did she receive a letter stating that she was possibly in the interview wavier route (although it does not surprise us). She doesn't have the card in hand but we are glad to be done with the immigration process for the next 21 months.

I see that a few july filers are starting to receive GC approval without interview. It is being a lot faster than what i expected, i hope it is the same for everyone else. My NOA1 is july 30th,, i hope to hear something soon. I would like to go to france for a couple weeks after the holidays and i am feeling uncomfortable using the AP

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014

ROC I-751:

Sent: 01/09/16

NOA1: 01/11/16

Approval and Production Notice: 07/29/16

Why not? Chicago is not the worse service center. And in the posted processing times for AOS all local offices show dates of march/april 2012 as of august 31.

Maybe we may wait a little longer but at least it looks like it is not going to be 9/12 months.

im sooo tired of waiting and not being able to track anything!!!! im losing my mind...when i go on nvc site it states that they are not even processing i485!!!!


and they see new york field office is working on april 7 2013!!!!!

Yesterday got potential interview waiver letter.... says I should expect a delay of 6 months counting from now -_-

Got that potential interview waiver case letter on saturday as well ! It looks like they are sending those by batches according to NOA1 date.... I hope it doesn't take 6 months... it would mean that i won't get my GC before may ! Unnacceptable!! We paid 1000 bucks for that??

I also just received my interview waiver case letter...the date on it is November 18. Let's hope it won't actually take that long :-/
