@hollygolightly you told on the forum once u called they gave you reference number if u didnt receive your letter in one week right,i think u should call them,i am also thinking to call them regarding my status b/c its been almost one month its showing testing and interview.

I did call the hotline over a week ago to make sure I did not miss my interview schedule if, by one reason or another, the notice did not arrive in the mail. The guy I spoke with said that my case was in Missouri and that he was going to make a note to "expedite". I asked him about an interview schedule and he just said it is in process in Missouri and was not more helpful than that. The reference number was for future inquiries via the hotline. I would call them again since my case has been in "interview and testing" status for over 1 month but if this trend of getting GC approved without an interview persists-- then I will just patiently wait. Besides, I've EAD, SSN and DMV license on hand-- all the documents I would need (for now) to find a job and start my life.

Maybe you should give it a try red42. Tell us how it goes.

Yes, it is possible that while in "testing and interview" status a GC is ordered produced without need for an interview. It depends on how they evaluate your case and wether or not they find everything sufficient without the interview. It happens.

Btw, my case was not on RFE and still on testing status for over a month. Waiting and hoping that a GC gets ordered without the interview like some lucky july filers on here.

Today is 2 month from my Noa1 s.... nothing on either EAD/AP or AOS still in initial review. Looks like again i will have badluck in the process and wait forever. i can never get lucky for anything... After 8 freaking months at the CSC for K1 here is what i have....

I hope there was no glitch with my applications because before getting my new biometrics appointment (had to reschedule because of the asc) i was impatient and put a service request for the biometrics letter online and then next day i received the new appoinment letter.

Do you think this could mess up my application, like uscis gets confused and just put my applications on the side...

Yes, it is possible that while in "testing and interview" status a GC is ordered produced without need for an interview. It depends on how they evaluate your case and wether or not they find everything sufficient without the interview. It happens.

Btw, my case was not on RFE and still on testing status for over a month. Waiting and hoping that a GC gets ordered without the interview like some lucky july filers on here.

its good to know that u haven't had any RFE,i was thinking my case delaying b/c of that....

u applied in may i need to ask u when did u receive email regarding u dont need any interview....before that what your AOS showed means it was in acceptance otesting & interview..

Yeah but the letter says my gC will take another 6 mons and they're sorry for the delay due to High numbers of filers
