Finally i got my medical result today after 28 days of patience..

I was able to know about how vaccines can be useful and un-useful if i pay attention to the length of the shot ;)

Time to wait for the documents from my fiancé and ask an interview date.

Instead of DS-3025, The clinic gave me a copy of a form DS-2053 (i saw the code on the top of the paper), they said that below of the paper it says "DS-3025" but i can't see that code below the paper. The original form is in the sealed envelope so they gave me the copy. They said that i will need the form they gave for my next step in US. I'm worried. Did they give me the correct form?

I want to ask the officer at the embassy during my interview about what form i need for adjustment status, is it ok? So i can make sure that i will bring the correct form.
