Hi vj friends..

Can somebody help me regarding the question in part D of the I-130 form.. the question 2 is... have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? If "yes" give the name, place and date of filing and result..

My history is like this.. my husband petition his 2 sons back in 2006 and he petition me as his fiancee last dec 2012.. on my case he withdraw my application because we got married last May 2013..

I am confuse about the place i dont know what should i put if the place where my husband send the apllication or the place of our service center?

And also he forgot the exact date when he applied the petition of his sons. Is that ok if we put NA to the date?

Please somebody help me..because we stack on this question. Soon my husband will send the package ...

November 22, 2013 - tranferred to TSC

December 16, 2013 - approved

December 19, 2013 - noa2 hardcopy

January 09, 2014 - shipped to NVC

NVC STAGE:

January 17, 2014 - case received

February 24, 2014 - case number received

February 25, 2014 - IIN and BIN received

March 01, 2014 - ds 261 completed

March 05, 2014 - aos invoice and paid (in process)

March 07, 2014 - aos shows paid

March 22, 2014 - iv bill paid (in process)

March 25, 2014 - iv bill shows paid

March 25, 2014 - ds260 completed

March 26,2014 - iv package send to nvc

March 31, 2014 - iv package arrived at NVC 12:05pm (Gary S. Peters - signatory)

April 03, 2014 - iv docs logged into the system (according to olivia)

April 05, 2014 - aos arrived at nvc but business closed. waiting them (usps) to redeliver it on Monday.

April 07, 2014 - aos finally arrived at NVC 11:50am

April 09, 2014 - aos logged into the the system (according to olivia)

April 24, 2014 - aos checklist (thru phone call)

April 25, 2014 - aos checklist email received

April 29, 2014 - checklist responce

Hey,

We started on the I-129f for K1, got married instead and filed the I-130 and successfully got the CR-1. For that field, we completed it like this:

JANE JANET BLOGGS I-129F K1 / USA / 10/15/2012 WITHDRAWN / MARRIED IN SOMEWHERE INSTEAD

We got this pattern from an example completed form our embassy provides. Don't see why it should be different for anywhere else.

I assume you withdrew the I-129f petition? If you didn't, you probably should to make sure that whole avenue is clean. It just takes the petitioner sending a letter to the service centre your I-129f case was at asking to withdraw it. He should be able to see the filing date from the NOA1 he was sent - you can use that date.

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London
7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production
27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed
26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

Yes we withdrew the k1 application and my husband received the notice last june.

My problem now is his 2 sons he forgot the date when he applied them..i just have the noa2 but the noa1 is gone already. What should i do about it?

Sounds like you know which month? If so, just put that like "12/12".

Worst case, they ask more about it, but you can provide a case number if they want to look it up.

Yes i have the case no.and i checked it last night but i dont get any answer just the final decision.even the month were not sure..my husband still looking for the noa1 maybe he just misplaced it or totally lost it on their previous appartment..
