Hi All,

Need some input from you experts

Here is our story ( My wife & I and our two kids 8 Yrs and 4Yrs)

1999 came to United states on H1B

2001 my employer (Employer A) started my first green card in 2001

2003 still waiting for Labor approval

2003 Another company offered higher salary and faster Green card- Joined them(Employer B)

2004 Employer B filed second green card

2006 I-140 approved

2007 I-485 filed

2009 Changed to Employer C and filed AC-21

2011 Employer B - Closed their business (some USCIS issues - Fraud)

2012 USCIS send NOIR on I-140

2013 USCIS revoked 2006 approved I-140

I-485 is still pending and have valid AP and EAD

What I heard is other employees of Employer-B is getting I-485 denials

What are my options at present and if the I-485 is denied?

We would like to live in the US , if we receive our green card.

if my I-485 is denied,I do NOT want to stay illegal even for one day.

I would like to maintain my status and would like to sell our home, car and other items we have then leave.

Does anyone know how to handle the situation.. and my options are?

Thanks in advance,

Paul.
