Thanks for everyone comments, i called back to the Ciudad Juarez Consulate and they said she has to come back to get resealed.

My question is how does she gain re-entry without an appointment letter? Does she just show up and say hey i need help? (i don't think soheadbonk.gif )

Maybe call them again and ask for an appointment letter or another method to gain entry?

Ugh, sorry you have to travel all the way back to Juarez. Contact them again to ask exactly what is needed for her to be let back in. They might let her in when she explains the situation and tells them she was told to return, but I would still check with them again first. It would be terrible to travel that far and be turned away.

After researching and asking many questions...we have found that DHL opened the packagewacko.png to check the contents...Why i have no idea...

On Monday we have a name of the "person" at DHL located in Mexico City that checked the package. I want to get a letter confirming they opened the package and for them to reseal it. (put the yellow envelope into another envelope) and then seal it with DHL tape

Just having DHL reseal the letter will not do anything. They should send it back to the embassy and back to you for FREE expedited, and have it fixed. It needs to be sealed from the embassy.

We are trying, but first i think we will authorization from Ciudad Juarez to do that. I have contacted my congressman again to see if they can assist in our behalf. I have sent additional photos with my letter to the congressman. I hope to hear back soon

So she cannot simply send it back to them? FedEx perhaps? Why does she have to go in person?

i don't get it.

Here is some good news from the Consulate:

"

Dear petitioner, we apologize for the inconvenience and are ready to assist you in getting the documents re-packaged.

An appointment to do this cannot be scheduled in Guadalajara as this is a process that took place in Ciudad Juarez.

What you'll need to do is mail back both the passport with the K1 visa and the package to the Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez. You will be able to do this free of charge if you send them back through DHL. To do so, please access your fiancee's record on this webpage, select 'Submit Documents to Consular Section' --> Immigrant Visas --> IV Administrative Processing --> and follow all steps until you get a confirmation.

Print the Confirmation and present it at your nearest DHL location along with the passport and the package. DHL will send the documents to the US Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez. The Consulate will receive the documents, re-package, and send them back to the DHL store registered on the applicant's record.

Upon reception, we estimate the Consulate will be able to send you the documents within 5 to 8 days. Once the Consulate has sent the documents back to you, you will see a new AWB or tracking number on the applicant's record."
