No but make sure across the board for forms I-130, DS-230 occupation ia same. It saves issues later. But marriage certificate no.

If you had to change your job, I suggest you notify NVC if your petition is still here. Just email them. If it is already in Nigeria, get a letter from your new employer with date of start and how much your yearly income will be. Make sure you meet the poverty guidelines with your new job.

Also, don't forget your pay stubs, you will need to have copies of those too. Call NVC for their suggestion as well. Good luck!

well what happened was that....when my husband was getting the wedding license they asked him what my occupation was......and my title at my job is office manager but he was told that is not an official occupation title....so then I figured that office manager is part of being an administrative assistant so I told him to put that....and they accepted...and we also had to match it on the wedding certificate....but my official title at my job is office manager and that is what they will say in my employment letter when I ask for it later. so thought it best to use that on the forms.
