Have you received any online updates on your case? Does it state the card was in production and then shipped? Does it say you have returned mail? Or you just never got any updates and never received anything?

I would try to schedule an Infopass still. While waiting for your appointment date, call the USCIS and ask to speak to an immigration officer that has access to your case information, since the tier 1 folks that man the phone do not. See if you can get the status of your case.

I already had the appointment for the greendcard and its was approved i was suppose to get it in the mail within 90 days and still nothing. Thats why im worried. I have been trying to make a infopass appointment and it says there is none available right now

Then call and ask the person that answers the phone to transfer you to an actual immigration officer so you can ask about your case status. The tier 1 people that answer will not be able to see your case information, which is why you need to ask to be transferred to a tier 2 IO because they have access to your case info. Find out your case status and why you have not received the card yet.
