Travelling with CR-1 Visa

Hello, I was wondering if the following would be possible: My wife will soon have her CR-1 immigrant visa. I also filed an I-130 for my step-son, however it may not be possible for him to get it because his birth father might not agree to his immigration to the US. This decision is still pending. Now, if my stepson is denied immigration by his father, he has already agreed to let him travel to the US on trips (my stepson has a travel visa already). Would it be possible for my wife to travel with my stepson to and from their country? My wife would get here with him, spend a couple weeks here with him, then travel back with him because he is 8 and cannot travel alone. Then my wife would immediately travel back to the US. Would we encounter problems with the border patrol in getting my step son here in the first place due to the fact that his mother is immigrating? And if he was allowed entry, would she encounter problems traveling back and forth between the US and her birth country in such a small window of time? Thanks for all responses.

He can travel with a flight attendant (full fare) depending on the personality of a child

A form would be filled out for contact to whom would pick up the child, with phone #

and address for the receiving person...the flight attendant would be like a sitter and the

receiving parent/person should be in the airport at least 15 mins before plane arrives with

proper ID for the child to be turned over to them .
