Looking for a FILIPINO translator (certified) to translate my conversation with my wife near San Diego or Orange County area.. can this be done online maybe?

This is the acceptable version used many times. This can be done by anyone fluent in both languages as you see below. The certification is simply the statement.

Certification by Translator

I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ________ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

You defiantly don't need a lawyer for this and they don't do this work in the San Diego area anyway. It isnt a legal function. If you don't have any other way you might try the Miramar area of San Diego county where there are many people from the P I.

Anyone who knows English and Tagalog can do the translation. That person signs the translation certification.

If you can do it yourself that's fine or anyone that is competent can sign the statement.

Don't make this hard when it isn't. Yes you can do it and yes this statement has been accepted by USCIS many times. Check if you want with USCIS on their web site and you will find the same thing.

I translated all the documents for my family. I am just a regular person. Never had a problem with the translations. Over the years, many family members have gotten their immigration visas.

Do the translations yourself since you know English and Tagalog. Just include the certification block with your signature. It's that easy.
