Hello:

I have questions about the N400 and I need help with them. My time is not open yet it opens in september and I just wanted to know what I should know from now so if there are any documents that I need to get I would start from now.

The first question is about the children:

When I filed the I485 (Through a lawyer) he did not list my step daughter in the application and my wife was pregnant with my daughter.

When I filed the I751 (by myself) I did not include my step daughter but I included my daughter thinking that USCIS wants only children coming from the marriage.

I'm filling N400 and I wanted to know if I should put both of my daughters or should I only put my biological daughter?

The Good moral section, question 16:

I had 4 speeding tickets in the past 5 years, one of them was dismissed, the other I had to go to court in 2010 and I got charged with careless driving the other two they were just paid. All of those tickets are under 500$ each and they are not related to a crime or a serious offense. I called couple of lawyers and I have been told that USCIS don't care about minor traffic tickets as the ones related to DUI or something big. I've read many posts here about VJs who checked the yes box for that question. What should I do? Do I check yes or should I listen to the lawyers and put no?

Any help would be really appreciated.

I'm also planing to send a utility bill and bank statement with the taxes and the marriage certificate. will that be enough to show the officer that we are really together. I know that the proof is not as heavy for the N400 as I751, but I don't know what to include.

Again any help would be really appreciated.

For your question #1, see this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/443768-made-mistake-on-n400-form/

For #2, in my case I only got 1 ticket and I ticked Yes because the guide said that you have to disclose it even it's not related to arrest to show your honesty. It's really a gray area, some people tick it and the IO asked to see the receipt that the fine is paid, some tick it but the IO didn't even bother to ask. Let's see what other VJs tell you.

#1 put both of your daughters and simply explain your situation to IO during the interview.

#2 IMHO, you can go either way. You can tick that box and bring the supporting docs, IO might ask you for it but probably they don't care about speeding tickets. I think it's safe to leave the box unchecked.

Do not send anything they didn't ask for. I'm not sure what's required for marriage based application but it's not the same as I130/485 or 751. You don't need to prove your marriage is bonafied. You did that during I751. Just bring your stuff to the interview.

1- I would list all the kids, and if you were asked about that just say the truth![ bring their birth certificates]

2- List all your speeding tickets, and have a proof for paying the fines just in case, most likely they won't care

3- You can send the tax return for the last 3 years if you were filing jointly, or joint leases if you have one, birth certificate is a good evidence [bring more evidence to interview if they asked for more]
