I'm a US Citizen and my wife recently entered the United States from India in April 2006. She is now pregnant and would love to have her parents in the States during delivery. She is due in June 2007. Is it possible for us to invite them for the delivery? If so what is the process? Or do they have to file the paper work in India? Greatly appreciate all the help. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Feroz.

Hi! I am now in AOS status and soon for interview. If I will approved for a conditional greencard ,is it possible for me or for my USC husband filed a petition for my father? He wants to visit U S. Do we need a strong reasons why we're inviting him.? I've seen in your case that you have invited them for your wedding and it is a great invitation. But,how about just inviting him for a visit only? I will apreciate your advise.

A visitor applies for a Visitors Visa, no need for you to be involved.

Oh, I see. Thanks But my father is retired from his work and just receiving his monthly pension. There are some questions on paperwork that he has to put his income or assets. How can he prove that he can support his tour or all the finacial statements?

Providing documents that show where the funds he is using are that will be used to pay for his trip.
