Pakistan would be a stronger country if they could address the problem of the poor.........example you have a wife and children they are starving need medical treatment man comes to the door offers you what you need all you have to do is join the program he is promoting in this case terrorism you refuse he kills you and your family.......soon word reaches the others..... there is someone willing to do for you and your family what you need ...that your government will not do.....in exchange for your loyalty to them ....slip side is if you refuse you dont starve to death or die from illness that you cant afford medical treatment for you die swiftly from their hands.......
