Pakistan would be a stronger country if they could address the problem of the poor.........example you have a wife and children they are starving need medical treatment man comes to the door offers you what you need all you have to do is join the program he is promoting in this case terrorism you refuse he kills you and your family.......soon word reaches the others..... there is someone willing to do for you and your family what you need ...that your government will not do.....in exchange for your loyalty to them ....slip side is if you refuse you dont starve to death or die from illness that you cant afford medical treatment for you die swiftly from their hands.......

this is over simplifying the problem but it is what is happening in Pakistan has been since i was there in the early 2000s

And yet, the "solution" in Pakistan will almost certainly involve guns and lots of dead men, women and children. In that sense, guns do solve problems.

the mess would be much easier to clean up if chemical weapons are used. kill off the population as they breathe, excavate the bodies, let the air clear, start over. everyone keeps their guns in pristine condition.

The chemicals needed to decontaminate after a chemical attack are extremely caustic. The guns would be useless afterwards.
