Can the beneficiary speak with NVC supervisor ?

Hey,

i would like to know plz if the beneficiary can speak with NVC supervisor , i need some explination i have not got answers to my questions while i have called the Customer Service Representative

if the answer is yes? , how to talk with a supervisor ? , by just dealing the same phone number : (603)334-0700? it' ok if i dont speak well englesh?

my case is complete since june 27 i even got the notification through email on july 4, today morning i got email /checklist i have not succed to undertand why they sent this email! and why they have mentioned in the end of this letter they has received the information i submitted and placed it in my case file.i have not sent anything to them to be reviewed , while i called this morning the only thing i anderstood that my case complete date is the same june27 , this afternoon i have called again the lady told me my case is complete waiting for an interview and when

i asked her about my case complete date she said yesterday is my case complete date i tried to ask her more she said your case is complete waiting for an appintement ! ,i dont understand anything ! i dont know what this do to my interview date? , i have waited for an appointement date since last month !!. PLZ help i need really to undertand what is going on, my husband can not call them he work in place where there is no connexion and he came back home when they close , somebody has the similar situation with NVC ?,

does anyone have any advice or input ?

I'm not sure, but I think it's fine for you to call.

NVC is open from 7am until 12am(midnight) Eastern Standard Time. 17 hours!

There's no need to call and ask for supervisor the email stated what they did. They checklist you right and they have added the information to your case file and now you are awaiting an interview date.

They started very late this month on interviews and there are many on the interview list that didn't even get dates. I added you to list a while ago.

Nothing to worry about. You have to just wait for the next go round of interviews. Hopefully it will start next week.

I think you are confusing things. You said you verifyied the case complete and that is still 6/26. When you received an email isn't your case complete date dear. you just received an email saying they added something to your case file.

Why would there be a delay? yopu just have to wait for September scheduling dear. You are worrying needlessly.
