Hello everyone,

I just recently sent my AOS package. After I sent the package I found out about this forum and then realized I forgot to attach some documents to the I-864 (I only attached W-2 so I'm missing the proof of citizenship, the proper tax returns and proof of current employment). Is there a way to send those missing documents early or do I have to wait for an RFE? Or is it actually better to wait for the RFE? I'm currently processed at the National Benefits Center.

Thanks in advance!

Well, my opinion on these things has always been:

"Why the hell not?!"

What have you got to lose if you mail them in now? Cost of a stamp? Just send em in with a cover letter that is very brief and very to the point. If it doesn't get to your case file and you still get an RFE, so what? But if you don't get an RFE as a result, then you get to save some time.

Either way, no chance of losing. Only chance of winning.
