I forgot to tell you that once NVC says they have sent your case to the embassy you can call DOS to check and see when the embassy gets it.

Once the embassy has it in their computer you can check the ceac.state.gov website.

i sent an email to NVC yesterday and i hope they reply me but last time when my case sent back to USCIS through NVC at that time i also sent them emails but they keep reply me that they dont have my case so i dont know weather they reply me or not,and i even dont know do they give us a new case number or they work on same old number.

You will always have the same case number. Your case number will never change with NVC and you will have the same ISL number with the embassy.

It takes a little time for USCIS to send the case back to NVC. In the mean time the embassy may want a new I-864 affidavit of support. To keep busy you could order 3 years worth of tax transcripts, make sure the beneficiary's passport is not about to expire and continue to email each other. Also keep your phone records.

The embassy may ask for the I-864 affidavit of support before your interview. Just ask him to order the tax transcripts and hold on to them until you get instructions from the embassy.

2 years on your passport sounds good.

Try to relax. Nothing happens quickly with the embassy in Pakistan. Once your case reaches Pakistan the embassy will email you or call you and tell you everything you need to do.

Yes keep emailing NVC and checking ceac website. When the NVC says they have sent your case to the embassy have your husband call DOS at 202-663-1225 to check if the case has reached the embassy.

You will need a new medical and police certificate but wait for the embassy email. You need the embassy letter before they will do the medical.
