Thank you Jenni I confirmed this on the USCIS website today. I had seen something about a "visa issuance fee" which claimed there was no fee required this is why i was confused. Good news is we received our NOA2 today approved in only 62 days! I was shocked. When I saw the envelope I was sure it was bad news.

Wow that's awesome!! Congratulations!! The rest of the process should move fairly quickly! We were approved in the end of may and had our interview Aug 6th, he picked up his visa last week! So I'd say you've got 2.5 months to go!! (it goes by a lot quicker than it sounds) Good luck with the rest of the process, feel free to reach out to me if you need help in preparing for the interview!
