Hi,

I called the NVC and finally get the case # then my fiance called again to verify if got a correct case # its the same. however he said you may NOT make an interview yet your paperworks is in process. wait for our notice. do we really have to wait for the notice??? i wana make this things done asap so we could relax. thanks in advance

hi u can make an appointment for your interview:)..as long as u have MNL case number u can go get your medical too..probably the USCIS will send the docs to the USEM after a week probably..:)

July 25,2013--USCIS received my AOS packaet

July 31, 2013-Email/text notication from USCIS

August 1, 2013- Check encashed

August 5, 2013-Received NOA1's in the mail.

August 9,2013- Received my Biometric Appointment Notice in the mail.dancin5hr.gif

August 15, 2013. Done with my biometric..(walk-in in Local USCIS in Philadelphia)

October 2, 2013- Approved EAD and AP.
October 13, 2013-Recevied my Combo Card( EAD and AP) through mail.

November 14, 2013- Received a Letter of Potential Waiver Interview in the mail.

January 14, 2014- Approved Green Card date. Anniversary date of my 2-year Green Card.

January 23, 2014- Received my green card in the mailbox.

Reminder:

I have to apply for ROC of my 2 year green card within October 20, 2015 to December 2015.

hi y'all.. i'm a newbie here and i don't know how to start a topic so i'm just replying to this topic instead.

it seems that most of the cases in this portal (Phil.) is about K1 and IR visas.

anyone here who has a priority date of 2006 (F3 category) who got an MNL case no. yet from NVC?

(coz i got mine already and just want to compare notes).

Yes, now is the time to pay the visa application fee at BPI and then schedule an interview appointment either online or through the call center.

Also, you can complete the medical.

You could be done within 6 weeks of NVC sending your file to Manila... fast enough? :)
