NOA2 July 9 TSC - Not received at NVC Yet

I am just curious to see if there are any other people who received NOA2 on July 9, 2013 and have had their case received by the NVC? I have not received noticed and when I called they said they had not received it and it can take up to 8 weeks... I know the 8 weeks is worst case... right?

always chck ur acse to uscis site, my n0a2 is july1 , and they shipped my case to nvc july18

always chck at usis site , they will infrm u if ur case is shipped n nvc

Well, my case never did update on the USCIS web site so don't depend on that solely. I did receive a text that my case had updated and I assumed it was for the transfer to the NVC but even to this day it just says my NOA2 is approved. Best thing is to call NVC. It took about a month from NOA2 to getting my case # from NVC. So just call every few days and you'll get it eventually. Yes, 8 weeks is worst case.

Mine took 66 days and there was no misplacement of my files or anything but everyone's was getting delayed at that time hope it doesn't take as long for you!

Just to give you all an update, I got notice at 10:45PM Eastern Time tonight that the case has been shipped to the NVC.

My NOA2 is July 10th. Shipped to NVC - July 24th. I've been calling NVC everyday. No Case# assigned as yet.
