AOS Checklist

Hi guys..i already sent the AOS last month..then last week I email them if they already received it..today I got their reply and they gave me a checklist of the incomplete information I provided..can you help me on this one?

[x] Please include a photocopy of the principal applicant's I-864 and I-864A (if applicable) for each accompanying

dependent listed in Part 3 of the I-864 and Part 2 of the I-864A (if applicable). You do not need to send copies of

supporting documents for your accompanying dependents.

how many have you petitioned?

are there any derivatives? who are you filing for? because it's an i864 per person, you pay for one, but every beneficiary and derivative needs an i864 with their name.

you have to prove to the government that each one won't be a public charge

so if you only sent the i864 for the beneficiary, and he or she is coming with their family, then you need to send in the i864 for each derivative

hey ur pd is aug,5 ,1991 and current visa buletin shows 8jan,1990 for F4 of phillipines

so when nvc contacted u recently regarding ur case....????

after i sent them the choice of agent form after 1 week they sent me the e-mail to pay for the AOS and IV fees..but i paid them after 11 months they tell me to pay the fees..haha..because the dates retrogressed
