I never heard Ja was/is a high hraud country before, I understood it was

more moderate fraud for fake jobs letters and financial statements, if the

person have travelled numerous times and returns home without overstays,

can show strong ties continues in JA, they can travel, many ppl do especially

those with current PD....the COs know the culture, those close to GC being

issued will not be messing up if thet routinely travel to the US from JA

in the end the cbp will decide

Thank you for that. Don't get me wrong my husband has visited since i live in the us so the question was just to find out about the current part although his case is still pending.
