I did call him a Hyena. His actions were similar to that animals behaviors. I did not refer to him as a rattlesnake. We are talking about rattlesnakes. why would you associate rattlesnakes with Trayvon Martin?

Just so we're clear, a rattlesnake is relatively safe, so long as it doesn't come near any guys with guns? I mean, if it gets lost or is just wondering around and happens to come near a guy with a gun, it should expect death right? Even if beating a hasty retreat?

I always carried a gun and the snakes were safe as long as they did not come near my house when I was there carrying a gun. The "guy with a gun" was no threat to the snake unless the snake did something which could be a threat to the guy's family. As I stated, I carried a Ruger Single Six, that's a .22 revolver, it shoots a single lead bullet. It is about useless for shooting snakes beating a hasty retreat and I would not waste bullets for such a snake. It works quite well to kill snakes which are coiled up when you can carefully drill them in the head from a short distance. Once the snake beats a hasty retreat he is safe again.

At least that was always my personal "snake policy". I cannot speak for everyone. It was legal to kill snakes on sight, I just did not usually bother with them.

I said he was a hyena. TM was a hyena in his actions. He was killed in self defense by someone he attacked. That has been determined as fact in a court of law. You don't like it. Tough shitski.
