can any one help me i have attend a interview 180+ days ago for my O1 visa approvel and i was told that i my application was being sent away for further procession any ideas what this means

also has anyone got any information on mandamus and a possible good solicitor who has got any experience with mandamus

Approval - November 9, 2011
209 DAY TRIP TO REMOVE CONDITIONS

Citizenship

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

Non-immigrant visa applications (which an O-1 is) are, for the most part, are not subject to court action (including mandamus), unlike visa decisions/processes in the UK. (Your use of the term "solicitor" leads me to believe you are either from the UK or one with similar judicial systems -- sorry if that's an incorrect assumption on my part).
