Possible Legal Action - CBP

Good afternoon all

I'm looking for any referrals or recommendations of an attorney who would highly regarded to bring a case against CBP. Without going into specifics, there was an incident in June with my fiancee coming back into the US that left her hospitalized.

Would prefer an LA-based lawyer, but this isn't a deciding factor.

If you are going to sue the DHS you will need a couple of lawyers. Call any of the large firms in LA and they will be able to put together a team of experts to determine if you have a case and how to go about it.

You will need deep pockets.
