I've got lost with NVC

Hello

We have received a notification from NVC by e-mail telling us "This case is being processed by the National Visa Center " and our case already has an NVC case number.

At the same time I have received an email with "ACL FOR NEOPOST DS-1200 " and some files attached. To be honest I dont understand what the next step is. What I should do? My husband sent an email with our names and birth dates and all that kind of information.

Does anybody know how its works ?

When do we need to send Affidavit of support and with which documents ? how i need to pay for it ( its 88$ right ? )

Please come over to the NVC filers thread and read Post #1 and Post #2. You have some reading to do. You have lost alot of time.

You needed to first have your DS-3032 sent the minute you got your case# so you can get invoiced for IV Bill. Anyway go read the post and ask questions there. Very knowledgeable people there for you.

Open the attached folders and read the information contained there in. Its contains the AOS and representation notification form DS3032 (not sure of number)

Is your husband the USC? It sounds like with the email he sent he has a good handle on what's needed. Talk to him and also read the thread that was provided to you by dwheels! Make sure to read the links as well.
