Hi everyone....massively useful forum, thank-you

Is there a minimum time my USC husband (who has uk citizenship and we have been married 4 years) has to stay in the UK after us sending in the I-130 to the London embassy? He has a job offer which would see him needing to be in the states for mid September and we are just competing the first of the visa app stuff for me to go join him. I can't see anything that says he has to still be living here for a min time, just has to be living here when we file. Is that right?

Thanks enormously in advance
