Obtaining packet 3 in Haiti

I just recently found out that our visa package was forwarded to the consulate in Haiti on June 28th. So far I have had no success in finding out how we can get the packet 3 instruction letter. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do?

It took me a number of tries before they would email the Packet 3 information. They told me that they had already mailed the hard copy to me and would not email it as well. I received the hard copy within two weeks- and shortly after an email with the attached files. My fiance in Haiti never received the packet 3.

Be persistent. I did not have much luck with email correspondence or connecting over the phone- others had better luck, so it might be hit or miss.

You can begin working on a number of the things you need for Packet 3, however you cannot complete the medical tests without the enclosed letter.
