divorcing and possible rfe please help me

hi guys im in a bit of a situation i need some advice with. i filed for my roc with my wife at the end of 2012. im the beneficiary/applicant. soon after that she decided she wanted a divorce and we split up. i received my noa1 extention. the split was highly unpleasant and she began accusing me of immigration fraud, or this is what she said she was going to tell uscis. even though were together for 4 years.

i since found out, by accident, and a little research, that i had received an rfe 2 or 3 months ago and she neglected to inform me. i think the deadline for this has passed. she has pretty much the majority of my documents too, tho i have my important uscis stuff.

she had filed for divorce and im trying to find out if we are actually divorced by now, im totally at a loss of what to do. im not very computer literate so i found this site in the hope of advice. will i be denied? what if they request more evidence if not? i dont want to leave but if i have to so be it. naturally i would like to stay though. i am calling the uscis now but id like some help from here too please

I don't understand. If there was no RFE, what was it that you found by accident and research?

i was informed by somebody that i'd had a request for further evidence, adressed to me, at my former home. this person would have no reason to lie to me either, therefore i was confused. however uscis have no record of an rfe being issued. in fact the officers i spoke to today said to update my address, and wait to here from the local office, where i will be called upon for an interview.

i dont think i will need to re-file either. has anybody seen this before, circumstances similar to mine?
