The daily Rasmussen updates (only if Romney was leading, of course) were hilarious.

Any poll that showed Romney leading was valid. All polls that showed Obama leading were biased. Those that showed Obama winning in a landslide were called outright fantastic. Nate Silver was either a fool or a tool. And yet, he was the guy that predicted so friggin spot on it wasn't even funny.

Yes. There are various polls out there all showing the very same trend. Percentages may vary a few points one way or the other but the trend is the same across the spectrum - Americans support legalizing those here illegally and providing them with a path to citizenship. Now you can probably go to stormfront and like minded sources and find polls that show the opposite but I would submit that those are the outliers.

Seems like it would be cheaper easier to make them legal. Then they could pay taxes and we wouldn't have to spend taxes on the process of sending them back.

I don't trust the police, but at least they have been trained for emergency situations, and if they make a bad decision , they are held responsible ( one hopes)

Thats where I am saying the poll numbers sway depending on the time they are taken, sample demographics, they way the questions are structured etc.

By manipulating one of the factor one can get varrying output of the poll.
