H1B to Green Card Via Marriage

I am currently on an H1B sponsor that expires Sept 9th, 2013. I was married in January and had never applied for a green card. Are these all the forms I would need Step by step guide?

I imagine that I also need to renew my H1B while waiting for my Green Card approval right? When applying do I need to pay for the EAD or is it covered as long as it is sent with the I-485?

You have the right guide.

EAD is free when filed with or based on a pending I-485. It will take 90 days to be approved so you might want to renew your visa if it's easy to do. Otherwise you could request an expedite on the EAD, but it's not guaranteed to be granted.
