Hello VJers,

Quick question, I arrived in US last month and Did Not receive my SSN or green card, still waiting (5 weeks)? Is there anyway to track or follow up. I have already paid the 165$ before my arrival.

PS. I am outside US now to complete my work and returning in August

Any help is appreciated

Stupid question, probably... But I assume there is someone at the address in the US you are expecting these to be delivered to, so they can let you know?

It looks like if you watch the ELIS website you can see it change. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/439537-green-card-production-after-elis/

I only crossed last weekend so I haven’t seen anything yet.

It takes about a 4-8 weeks to get the green card. Keep checking the ELIS site. I got mine a month after entry.

If she doesn't get her SSN in 2-3 weeks you probably have to go to the local SSN office and apply for it. (I had to.)
