Islamabad Embassy: Visa package & passport call from Karachi AmEx

Has anyone who had an interview on or after July 11th at Islamabad's consulate yet received their immigration visa package and passport from Karachi AmEx??

Bro I don't know what is happening with my case.All they told her was in 7-10 days she will get a call from Karachi AmEX and it has been 9 days but no sign of any calls! I checked the visa status on CEAC site and it says our case is READY for interview. It doesn't make sense since her interview has already been done on 11th July!!

Click on Forum > then select IR1/CR1 process and procedures > then on your right you will see a blue button called "Start a new Topic"

Inshallah she will get it in mail soon! It could be some administrative delay. Just keep praying inshallah it will come in a day or two

Naw bro. AmEx won't call until embassy issue the visa. Myself and a couple other brothers are still waiting for embassy to issue our spouses' visa.

What's your visa category? When was your interview? What does it say the last updated date was on CEAC?

Its F2A, interview date was 8th July, status ladt updated 4 days back

So did the CO tell your spouse to wait 7-10 days and Karachi AmEx will call her to collect visa package+passport? I thought they only did that with CR1 category. Hmmm yeh I've been shooting them 2 emails a day but to no avail. InshaAllah next we might see updates.
