Hi everyone!

We badly need everyone's help. Here's the scenario:

My sis-in-law is a green card holder and she petitioned her husband last may 2012. Last month she received the approval notice from the USCIS. Today she received a letter from the NVC instructing her to pay for the AOS. We already paid the AOS online. What is the next thing to do after paying the fee?

Our next plan is:

** Let her husband email the NVC for the DS3032 but the problem is, her husband is working as a sea man and there is no internet for him to email the NVC. Can we email the NVC using his email account?

Hoping for your reply. Thank you and God Bless.

I would say best thing is to call the NVC directly on their hotline number and discuss this with them. I know they accept electronic DS3032 but it has to come from his email address. You can log in to his account and send it to them like that, that's ok.

But once the DS3032 is accepted they will ask you to submit the DS230 - on that form only his real signature will be accepted, so try and get that form to him somehow and get it signed so that by that time - in a few weeks or so - you won't have to have this problem.

If there is a fax machine on the ship - you can fax the forms and he can sign one back and fax it back, then you can fill the rest of it out yourself.
