The decline of the good old boy club is here...enjoy.

Univision expects to claim a coveted title this month: the most-watched network on television. The Spanish-language broadcaster leads the July ratings race for adult viewers under 50, beating out the “Big Four” for the No. 1 spot in prime time.

On Monday, Univision launched a bragging blitz with an open letter to ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC declaring “Número Uno is the new Number One” and ending with the sign-off line: “We are the new American reality.”

How is this political or religious?

Because the implications are political and Latino's are mostly Catholic...relevant.

I live in Alta California. It is difficult at times to pick up an English-speaking radio station. It's cool, ese!

The radio stations irritate me.

When Washington state took over apple production from my part of California, you also needed the folks that would be willing to pick them. Almost all the orchards around here have been turned to vineyards. Pretty soon, there will be no reason to have the annual Apple Blossom festival any longer. We will have to rename the Gravenstein Highway.
