Question... NVC Asking for another AOS?

I have send the DS230 and the supporting papers of my Mom to NVC last month. One the same day I send my AOS and supporting papers on separate package. I checked the tracking numbers and It was both delivered the same day. Today, I received an email that they are waiting for Financial Evidence or the AOS. Now, I'm confused. Do I have to send them another one or I will just wait for them to confirm that they received it? Or I will just call them to confirm? Which is the best plan?

False Checklist. if u didnt get any detailed checklist marked with X then its a false checklist. but to be sure call NVC. :-)

that happen to me to but no worries about it.. I track mine in usps website and says delivered yeah its is deliverd but it doesn't mean they right away open the packet it takes few days give them a lil time to input in there system.. like mine I send my AOS like a week then they send me email asking for AOS which is I already send it so I figured it out that they might not input yet my AOS in the computer.. if your worried you can call NVC to clear it out.....hope it help

I called the NVC. They said they received it and it takes 20 business days to update it. Their system automatically generate the email once they input the DS230 without the AOS.
